So what exactly is Reiki

Life energy plays an important role in everything we do. It animates the body and has higher levels of expression.
Ki is also the primary energy of our emotions, thoughts, and spiritual life.”

Here is a short/easy explanation:
Reiki a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing.
It’s done through touch or hovering of hands over the body. A warm and soothing energy flows from the hands into the client, promoting relaxation and releasing tension.
The session can last anywhere between 1-1.5 hours depending on issues like traumas, closed energy channels or build up of toxins or blockages of the body client may be experiencing.
Tattoo + Reiki
This is a limited service focused on quality over quantity with my clients.
The session is usually made in the morning where our energies are starting to wake up from the dream world and integrated into society!
Our bodies will be most relaxed in the morning and will be to open to receive a positive experience.
9am is the preferred time to have a successful experience when making TATTOO + REIKI to help align the two energy practices.

Depending on complexity of the tattoo, the session can range from 1.5 hours to 3 hours.
Reiki = 125$
Tattoo minimum =125$
Tattoo maximum =700$
Come to the session free from energy drinks, caffeine , alcohol (48 sober minimum ), drugs , television , gossip and socials if possible. This will help keep the mind free of any influences, anxieties or depressive thoughts and be more attuned and sensitive to the healing of Reiki! Come well rested and have a light breakfast. Granola bars, seeds and nuts or trail mixes are light on the stomach and will help the body to focus its energy on using the Adrenalin and Endorphins to regulate during the tattoo and not waste on heavy food digestion.
